Minimum charge of $50/hr. is good for up to 5 people including the photographer and anyone on the property with your party. Each additional person is $10/hr. A nonrefundable deposit of $50 secures your date and time.

Minimum charge of $100/hr. is good for up to 5 people including the photographer and anyone on the property with your party. Each additional person is $10/hr. A nonrefundable deposit of $100 secures your date and time. You will have 30 minutes inside and 30 minutes outside.

$300 gives you one of our gorgeous rooms for dressing and a total of up to three hours total time on the property for beautiful pictures inside the house and on the grounds.

 $150 for our regular suites or $200 for our grand suites. This gives you the suite you choose for 2 hours for your photography appointment. Additional hours can be added for $75 per hour. These rates are good Sunday-Thursday. Additional charges apply on Friday and Saturday.

Please note your reservation time and be sure to arrive on time. You will have 30 minutes inside the house and 30 minutes outside the house for your pictures. Please be on time as we cannot extend your appointment time due to other appointments that are scheduled. Please note our main parking lot is reserved for our overnight guests only so please park in our event/overflow lot behind the carriage house. Your photography fee is non-refundable.
