I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the most wonderful stay. Twelve Oaks was everything I imagined and so much more. My room was beautiful and to be honest I’ve already been looking at dates for my next visit. All the staff were fantastic and the food amazing. I just wanted to say thank you for making my stay perfect. Jasmine (I stayed in the Salvatore Room) UK
My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights in the Frankly Scarlett Suite. We were more than impressed with the beautiful grounds and lovely decor. Everything had that old fashioned charm but modernized to give you a very luxurious feel. The owners Nicole and John were so welcoming. They told us to make ourselves at home, and they meant it. The bed and breakfast is within walking distance to the adorable Covington Square which had fantastic food and cute little shops. I would recommend this to any and everyone. I hope to come back here someday. It is for sure a little slice of heaven.Amanda C.

A Five Star B&B!
We stayed in Katherine’s Mirror Image room, and while the rib cage shower is a little intimidating at first, it was a very unique experience, and one you will only get at Twelve Oaks. After my shower, I put on the softest robe you can imagine, and felt like I was wrapped in a cloud while I sat in front of the fireplace. They create the perfect cozy atmosphere. The bed linens are amazingly soft and cozy! The breakfast was delicious!Judy H.
Twelve Oaks: Heaven On Earth!!!
When we pulled up to this opulent mansion and let ourselves in, our immersion began. From the outside and grounds to the grand staircase that takes you up to the rooms, it was magic from the start. Room names pay homage to productions filmed in Covington and we had chosen the “In The Heat of The Night” Suite. The room was beautiful with a giant armoire for hanging clothes as well as full of spare bedding and bathrobes. Our fireplace was lit and the oversized bed and furniture were a welcome home to weary travelers.Jim P,

Be Prepared to be Impressed!
I had just recovered from major cancer surgery and wanted to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary away from home. My wife and I stayed in the Steel Magnolia room, and was so impressed with the bed – the two person shower – the jetted tub with mood lighting. I jumped into one of the housecoats and didn’t want to get out of it! The breakfast was so delicious – my wife and I have a special diet and the staff hit it out of the park with the way they handled our needs. This just might be a once a year stop for us (we live in Ohio). We had a great visit with the staff and was thoroughly impressed with the appearance of the property. WE WILL BE BACK!Newlifemac
Sweet Home Alabama!!!
My daughter stayed at the Twelve Oaks on our way home to Louisiana from a 13 day road trip through Savannah, Hilton Head and Charleston. We stayed in the Suite Home Alabama Suite because the king size bed can be split into two twin beds if need be. My daughter (20) walked in, went up to our room and turned to me and asked, “Do we have to leave?” The rooms are all beautiful with gorgeous baths and everything is so exquisitely appointed. We were welcomed to walk through and look at other rooms that were unoccupied and we stepped out onto the balcony. Just majestic! Breakfast was AMAZING! We stayed at three bed and breakfast homes on our trip: Hamilton-Turner Inn in Savannah; Palmer B&B in Charleston; and Twelve Oaks in Covington. I have also stayed at three B&B’s in Louisiana, one B&B in Tennessee, one B&B in Texas, and two B&B’s in Arkansas.. Twelve Oaks is by far the best one I have stayed at thus far.Mother/Daughter
Amazing experience! So beautiful and great service!
I stayed here for 3 nights. One night was “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and then “Steel Magnolias” for two nights. The wine and cheese hour was wonderful. We met some very nice people and were able to talk with them and ended up running into them throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was amazing. We had stuffed French toast, pancakes and eggs, and biscuits and gravy. We were always offered more to eat if we wished and the fresh coffee and orange juice was always there! I can’t even say how beautiful and unique the rooms were. We had shower and bath options and turn down service before bed with chocolates and bottled water. We loved it so much and hope that we can visit again!Adtoney.
My family and I stayed at The Twelve Oaks from 10-12 October. We had the Cannon Ball Run suite and Steele Magnolias. The rooms were beautiful, tastefully decorated, beds and bedding were heavenly!
Nicole and John were wonderful hosts, coming out to greet us personally and introduce themselves. The breakfast was amazing -stuffed French toast!! Delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home!Michkin.
